AVOCET STOOLS
The Avocet Stool was inspired in part by traditional camp and field stools. The simple tension of the seat was created by using dowels to hold the sling in place between the frame. The stool frame was constructed using maple dowels with exposed wedge joint details, and a natural Danish soap finish or a black stain with a wax finish. Interchangeable sling seats were natural leather, black felted wool and raw canvas. Made in California.
